| Almond Spinach |

2 bunches spinach
1 cup chopped parsley
4 Tbsp almond butter
4 Tbsp Tamari Sauce
Juice of 2 lemons
2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
2 Tbsp Flaxseed oil
Chop spinach and parsley in food processor.
Make dressing by mixing all other ingredients by hand or in blender.
Toss all together until well-coated and allow to stand a few minutes for flavors to blend.
