3 bananas, mashed 1 cup chopped dates 1/2 cup walnut pieces 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla 2 cups quick oats 1 cup raisins 1 cup unsweetened coconut Mash bananas and mix with all ingredients. Drop by tablespoon onto non-stick cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. These are best warm from the oven. Next day, reheat to crisp before serving. |
