½ cup pine nuts
2 Tbsp oilive oil
¼ cup water
1 tsp Undo’s Oil (if available)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp sea salt (sundried)
½ cup coconut oil
Blend nuts, lemon juice, water, olive oil, Undo’s Oil and salt until smooth.
Add more water if needed.
Add ½ cup coconut oil and blend again.
Chill in refrig or freezer.
