Quick and Easy "Cheese"12.3 oz silken tofu, extra firm (may substitute 1 1/4 cup cooked millet or cornmeal mush) 2 1/3 Tbsp tahini or sesame seeds 1/3 cup pimentos 1/3 cup water 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes 2 Tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp garlic powder Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve with baked corn chips, over baked potatoes or pasta, or on pizza. |
