| Eggless Egg Salad |

|
1 ½ cup avocado, chopped
1 medium stalk celery, chopped
¼ cup sweet onion, chopped
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp turmeric
½ cup homemade mayonnaise or Veganaise
1 tsp natural butter flavor
1 Tbsp raw sesame tahini
¼ tsp pepper substitute
Mix well.
Serve on bed of lettuce, rolled in lettuce leaf, tortilla, stuffed celery or halved and seeded zucchini.
