1/4 cup wheat berries 1/4 cup barley 1/4 cup oat groats or rolled oats 1/4 cup quinoa or millet 1/2 cup applesauce 1/4 cup shredded coconut 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp coriander 1/4 cup chopped dried pineapple, opt. Cook on low overnight. Toss in a few raising in the morning. Serve with fresh fruit, granola and soy or nut milk. |
