1 can garbanzo beans, drained 1 Tbsp lemon juice 2 Tbsp tahini or olive oil 1/2 tsp garlic powder or 1 clove gresh garlic 1/2 tsp salt (scant) 1/3 cup water Blend all ingredients until smooth, adjusting salt to the salt in garbanzos. Serve with pita bread or pita chips, or use as a sandwich filling. |
