Butternut squash (500 grams)
3-4 medium potatoes
2 carrots
1 large onion
3-4 cloves of garlic
Cook in pressure cooker.
Add 1 cup of soy milk (check for consistency)
It is better to only add on the day you serve.
Wiz that up and add seasoning.
Salt, seasoning.
