1 small clove garlic, minced 1 small onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 stalk celery, chopped 1 28-ounce can tomatoes (4 cups) 1 20-ounce can red kidney beans 2 4-ounce can chopped green chilis 1/4 cup bulgar wheat 2 tsp chili powder 1 tsp dried basil 1 tsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp cumin Sauté garlic, onion, pepper and celery in oil. Add the rest of the ingredients in large pot. Simmer all together. |
